BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant for a busy apartment community in Bellevue, WA
. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced leasing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in property management.

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Present apartment homes, amenities, and community features
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
• Assist with marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment
• Working knowledge of property management software is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
