Job Description Team Summary The PxD+D team functions as the Innovation arm of Visa Consulting & Analytics. We support Fortune 500 clients by applying human‑centered research to uncover customer needs and translate them into better product, digital, and experience strategies.

The Role The Consultant will lead quantitative research projects across advanced quantitative work streams. You will be responsible for helping shape research approaches, analyzing and synthesizing data into cohesive stories, and delivering actionable insights that guide client decisions. This role is ideal for someone deeply curious about consumer behavior, experienced in applied research, and comfortable leading work streams within a fast moving consulting engagements.

What You’ll DoLead the design, execution and presentation of quantitative research, including choice‑based experiments (e.g., conjoint, Max Diff), concept tests, and segmentation

Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling insight narratives and data visualizations for client deliverables

Manage project execution, including timelines, documentation, deliverable quality, and stakeholder communications

Manage relationships with cross‑functional partners and external vendors to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Thrive in fast‑paced consulting environments with shifting priorities

Excel at translating complex data into compelling visual and written narratives (especially in PowerPoint)
Ask thoughtful questions, navigate ambiguity, and contribute meaningfully to problem‑solving discussions

Be deeply curious about consumer motivations and how people interact with products and experiences

Excel in client-facing roles and presenting data stories

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,  JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD5–8+ years of experience in market research, insights, analytics, consulting, or related fields

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Data Analytics, or another research‑oriented discipline

Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
