We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our Culinary Department at The Park at Belle Harbour.

Full-time opportunity. Earn between $33 and $35/hour, dependent on experience. Multiple

Shifts:

FRI - TUES.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, acting as Executive chef on an as-needed basis
  • Take part in planning menus and trying out new recipes
  • Prepare meals that are appealing and tasty
  • Keep the environment safe and clean
  • Follow kitchen cleaning schedule
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • All requirements related to the food handlers’ certificate per state requirements
  • Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation
  • Must be drug-free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
  • Knowledge of special dietary needs
