• Operational Leadership
  :
  Lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth, efficient service. Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence.
• Team Management & Development
  :
  Manage scheduling, training, onboarding new hires, coach and mentor team, identifying and developing future leaders.
• Quality & Guest Experience
  :
  Uphold high food quality standards, monitor service, proactively address guest feedback to ensure exceptional dining experience.
• Safety & Compliance
  :
  Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections and training.
• Financial Oversight
  :
  Optimize staff schedules, balance labor costs with service needs; support District Manager with budgeting, inventory management, and cost‑saving initiatives.

• 2+ years experience in high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, performance analysis.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills, building high‑performing teams.
