The Bellevue Club Splash Restaurant is looking for a part-time Expo and Busser to join our team s position supports our food servers by detailing tables, presenting food, recording orders, and assisting with overall guest service. Night and weekend availability is required for this position.

The Bellevue Club is a premier athletic and social club on Seattle’s Eastside with world-class facilities and dining spaces. It includes a luxury hotel, spa, and fitness amenities.

• Assists food servers with all pre-meal side duties. Prepares and stocks the various restaurant stations with all food & beverage items.
• Clears tableware and resets tables in a timely manner following proper sanitation procedures.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant stations.
• Maintains a basic knowledge of the menu and available wines.
• Assists with table detailing, pours water, and clears/replaces silverware and dishware.
• Communicates with Manager when items are low and should be ordered.
• Assists with closing side duties and restocks stations with service ware.
• Stores all food & beverage items and cleans the stations.
• Sweeps the dining room and/or patio when appropriate.
• Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned service equipment.
• Replenishes cleaning supplies and assists with recycling.

Required/Preferred
: 21 years of age and prior expo experience is preferred.

• Availability for night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent guest service.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Base pay range: $17.00/hr (note: pay may vary by skills and experience; consult with recruiter).
• Pay range noted: $16.75-$16.75 per hour plus tips (as listed in the original posting).
