Team Lead - Bravern

Louis Vuitton is seeking a motivated & client centric Team Lead to join its team!

As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the Brand and will assist the Store Manager and/or Team Managers to mentor and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.

In this role you will co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers. As a strong communicator with the skill to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

• Client and Business Development
• Selling and Floor Management
• Team Support and Development
• Champion specific category
• Operations

With a focused and entrepreneurial attitude you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $29-$34 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
