Base pay range: $58,000 – $66,700 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team in creating moments of connection and joy.
  • Guide the store in maintaining high-quality service and coffee craftsmanship.
  • Ensure operations run smoothly with a focus on customer experience.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners.
Qualifications
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience OR 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Requirements
  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
