Job Description What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle
    : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, creators, and enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and leadership team to refine messaging, pricing, and outreach strategies
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into product feedback for our AI teams
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, driving revenue and adoption
  • Represent Aeone at events, conferences, and in the marketing/creator community
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5+ years of B2B SaaS or Martech sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting/exceeding quota
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; you know how to tell a story that resonates
  • Comfortable running outreach, demos, and enterprise-level conversations
  • Experience in marketing software, advertising, or creator platforms is a strong plus
  • Hungry self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
