We are entering a critical phase of growth and are looking for a foundational Sales Lead to define and drive our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for an ambitious individual who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to build a sales organization from the ground up.
The RoleAs the first dedicated Sales Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. You will be instrumental in validating our ideal customer profile (ICP), developing a scalable sales playbook, and establishing the processes and metrics that will guide the company's future sales team expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Define, develop, and execute the initial sales strategy to drive revenue and market penetration within the creative operations sector (targeting creative agencies and large in-house brand creative teams).
Pipeline Generation: Actively prospect, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value clients, primarily focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Full Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process, including initial outreach, product demonstrations tailored to client pain points (e.g., budget tracking, freelancer compliance, AI forecasting), proposal generation, and negotiation.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to refine messaging, create compelling sales materials, and provide real-world customer feedback for product development.
Process Building: Establish and optimize sales infrastructure, including CRM workflows, reporting mechanisms, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Thought Leadership: Represent Action Atlas at industry events and establish credibility as a solutions provider in the Creative Operations/Project Management SaaS space.
Experience: 3+ years of successful full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling a platform solution to marketing, creative, or operations leaders.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management, creative workflows, or financial/budgeting software is highly desirable.
Startup DNA: Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment where process creation is as important as deal closing.
Comfortable with a performance-based, commission-only compensation structure.Communication: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand and articulate the technical and financial benefits of an AI-powered platform.
This is a foundational role offering a high-reward structure commensurate with the early-stage risk.
Cash Compensation (Initial):
100% Commission-Based. Your cash earnings are entirely driven by a generous, uncapped commission structure on every deal you close. This ensures maximum financial upside tied directly to your performance and sales success.Significant Equity: As a co-builder of our sales function, you will receive a substantial equity stake. This is the core long-term value of this role, vesting you as a true partner in Action Atlas's growth and eventual success.
Future Potential: Transition to a standard base salary + commission OTE structure will be prioritized upon meeting defined, early-stage revenue milestones.
