Sales Development Rep

• This is in office 5 days a week
• Own prospecting & drive top-of-funnel outreach across a variety of channels.
• Build and maintain your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis.
• Guide prospects thought the sales funnel and understand their requirements on employee benefits.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date account information in the CRM for all contacts.
• Develop and test outreach strategies to generate meetings with ideal customer accounts.
• Establish and grow strong customer relationships and network leads.

• 1+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably at at tech company
• 2-4 years total professional experience
• Strong understanding of how to conduct outbound prospecting with or without a dedicated territory
• Outgoing people-person, committed to conducting heavy outbound prospecting throughout the evolution of the role
• Experience with Sales engagement tools:
  Salesforce, Outreach
• Experience prospecting in relevant portals (Apollo, Zoom Info)
• Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, 'bootstrap' environment
