Inside Sales Representative

ATAGO U.S.A., Inc, has an immediate need for an Inside Sales Representative for the North American Sales Department. This position offers opportunities for a career in a professional office environment. Candidates need to be good team players and work together with other members to achieve departmental and company targets. This position focuses on communicating with customers for sales-related inquiries.

LOCATION:

Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office

SALARY RANGE: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

• Strive to learn more about ATAGO products and become an expert in each product.
• Know how to properly use, troubleshoot, and demonstrate every ATAGO product.
• Know the competition.
• Take incoming calls from customers who have a sales request.
• Create invoice, check POs, follow up RFQ by emails and phone calls.
• Respond to emails and phone calls for sale-related inquiries in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service and provide Japanese hospitality.
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service or sales experience 2 to 3 years.
• 2 to 3 years of recent experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work well individually or as a team.
• Organized, efficient and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to type 50 wpm or better.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Experience/background in food science, agriculture, food manufacturing, beverage industry, chemical, pharmaceutical, or clinical knowledge a plus.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)
