You will design impactful onboarding programs, maintain an organized content repository, and optimize sales workflows to shorten ramp times and boost win rates.

We are seeking an individual with experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or partner/channel sales within enterprise technology. Candidates should be builders who understand what it takes to develop effective sales plays and implement measurable solutions and mechanisms in a rapidly growing and dynamic business. The ideal candidate will be able to work backwards from business strategies and possess the ability to excel in a highly evolving environment.

This role involves engaging with stakeholders across many global Leo teams and partners, requiring the ability to build trust through understanding business needs and deliver on effective enablement strategies.

Key job responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and manage comprehensive onboarding and ramp programs for new partner sales representatives to achieve time-to-productivity faster
  • Develop ongoing training curriculum, continuous learning paths, live workshops, and role-playing sessions focusing on product knowledge and objective handling
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and other Product Leaders to create and curate high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and one-pagers
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date, and easily searchable content repository/CMS for the partner sales team
  • Oversee and optimize the adoption of core sales enablement technology (e.g. Highspot), CRM workflows, and learning management systems
  • Track and report on tool utilization and effectiveness metrics
  • Partner with Field Sales Operations to surface relevant content insights for sellers during active deals
