As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Route in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind for all occupants. You will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and a caring approach.

Schedule: Wed 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Thur 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Fri 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sat 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sun 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

• Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and observe for potential issues.
• Document observations and/or incidents in accordance with company and location protocols.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, visitors, and/or employees while representing Allied Universal.
• Collaborate with site management and/or local authorities when required, following established guidelines.

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
