Journeyman 06 Electrician - Low Voltage Technician
We are a leading local service provider specializing in Security, CCTV, Access Control, networked solutions, and advanced systems. We serve diverse clientele including specialty retail, quick-service restaurants, supermarkets, hospitality, and financial institutions.
The Ideal CandidateSkilled technician with proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting modern low‑voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities- Low‑Voltage Cabling:
Perform rough‑in, termination, testing, and documentation for CAT5/6, coax, etc. - Infrastructure Build‑out:
Build MDF, IDF, installing racks, patch panels, wire managers, network electronics. - Equipment Installation & Configuration:
Install and configure alarm, access control, fire, CCTV systems; network hardware (terminations, DVR, NVR, Wi‑Fi access points), etc.
- Current EL‑06 license in good standing.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass drug and background checks.
- Experience as Lead Technician (preferred).
- Basic PC configuration skills (IP assignment, ping, circuit testing).
- Salary: DOE.
