Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $27.00/hr

At Alderwood Landscaping, we create Backyard Resort Living for high-end clients across the Pacific Northwest. But sometimes even the most epic backyard features need a little TLC. That's where YOU come in – our warranty superhero who keeps the magic alive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly with our Warranty Supervisor to troubleshoot water features, irrigation systems, drainage issues, and hardscape problems
• Travel to different job sites to diagnose and fix issues with our completed installations
• Use your detective skills (and actual tools) to figure out why that waterfall stopped flowing or why those pavers are acting up
• Low voltage troubleshooting and general maintenance work – we'll teach you the electrical wizardry
• Get your hands dirty fixing things instead of slowly dying under fluorescent lights
• Build your skills and potentially grow with our team (this is NOT lawn mowing/edging)

What You Bring

• You're dependable, show up on time, and can lift at least 50lbs (warranty work involves some heavy lifting)
• You're detail-oriented because small problems can become big headaches
• Experience with irrigation/drainage and low-voltage systems is a huge plus, but we'll train the right person
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and general maintenance experience preferred
• You don't melt when it rains and can work outdoors in all PNW weather conditions
• Reliable transportation because you'll be traveling to different job sites frequently
• You can take direction well AND work independently to solve problems
• You are 18+ and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in quality work

• Performance-based wages starting at $24.00-$27.00+ per hour (experience matters!)
