Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Developer experienced in developing backend services using cloud native technologies. As a member of this team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable and high‑performance backend services. You will work closely with the product, frontend, and Dev Ops teams to deliver robust solutions that power our cutting‑edge products that run in the cloud and at the edge.

This role is office‑based at our Bellevue, Washington office.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, preferably using Go (Golang).
- Build and enhance SDKs and APIs to facilitate customer integration and interaction with the marketplace platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (frontend, product, Dev Ops) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploy applications in containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Maintain code documentation and architecture design records.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- 2+ years of backend development experience, preferably with Go (Golang).
- Experience building SDKs and APIs for public marketplace use.
- Proven designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments.
- Familiarity with SQL/No
SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, Redis). - Knowledge of concurrency in Go, and an understanding of Go routines and channels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working in distributed cloud‑native environments.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.
- U.S. citizenship required.

Compensation& Benefits
Base salary range for U.S. based candidates: $128,000 – $160,000 USD, varying by location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
This role will also be offered equity and subsidised benefits (details available upon request).
