Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone)
Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Pay Rate: $35-39 per hour DOE & location
This exciting new Lead role focuses on the managing of a team who are accountable for building automated scripts to be used in the training of AI. This role includes performance management and team morale, client engagement and stakeholder management, prioritization of work, KPI management, and process improvement.

- Work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and product managers
- Ensure proper documentation and instructions are in place for remote teams
- Manage the successful delivery of hand-offs from the US team to remote teams
- Manage scope of work and deliverables for team
- Learn new software programs on the job
- Think strategically about end-to-end processes and how to improve them
- Execute and Deliver on Process improvements
- Build and maintain automated scripts used for training AI services and React frontends that power critical workflows.
- Conduct Data Analysis to train and optimize machine learning
- Design integration tests that validate AI behavior across services, edge compute, and software embedded in autonomous platforms.
- Partner with engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle, ensuring scripts are traceable, and robust from day one.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on reliability, speed, and developer empowerment.
- Expert in Python, R, C++
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Machine Learning
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or Jenkins—you know how to keep the pipeline green.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, AWS Services.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—you thrive in cross‑functional engineering environments.
- U.S. citizenship required due to project constraints.
