Java Lead at Capgemini – Seattle, WA

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. Oversee and mentor a team of Java developers, collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and participate in architectural decisions.

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Java applications.
• Mentor and support a team of Java developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• 10+ years as a Java developer with strong software development background.
• Extensive experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
• Strong understanding of OOP, microservices architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Base salary range: $76,200 – $178,290.
