Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Forward Deployment Engineer to embed with internal teams and external customers, understand business workflows, pain points, and goals, and design, build, and deploy production-quality technology solutions that address concrete business problems.

This is a highly technical, senior-level role requiring a combination of Product Management, Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, Data Product, Stakeholder Management, and Customer-Facing Solution Delivery expertise.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large-scale data and technology initiatives across complex, operationally intensive environments. The role requires someone who can operate effectively in ambiguity, bring structure to evolving requirements, manage multiple dependencies, communicate with executives and technical teams, and drive solutions from prototype through production deployment

The successful candidate will work across AI/GenAI, data, software platforms, integrations, and automation
, rapidly prototype solutions, validate them with users, and transition successful concepts into reliable and scalable production applications.

• Embed with internal teams and external customers to understand business workflows, pain points, requirements, goals, and operational challenges
  .
• Design and deploy technology, data, AI/GenAI, software, integration, and automation solutions aligned with customer and business needs.
• Develop production-quality code, integrations, applications, automations, and software components
  .
• Create rapid prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution demonstrations
  , iterate based on direct user feedback, and transition successful solutions into scalable production environments.
• Select appropriate technical options, including reusing, improving, reconfiguring, or developing new components and solutions
  .
• Apply appropriate design patterns, development standards, templates, and reusable solutions to optimize application development, maintenance, performance, cost, and quality.
• Interpret application, feature, component, and technical designs and develop solutions in accordance with specifications.
• Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development throughout the SDLC.
• Advise Software Developers on application design, development, technical implementation, and the business problem being solved

• Contribute to HLD, LLD, SAD, architecture, application features, business components, and data models
  .
• Build and maintain solutions that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes
  .
• Lead and manage large-scale data and technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders, systems, teams, dependencies, and work streams.
• Manage delivery of modules, features, user stories, applications, and data products
  .
• Establish structure, clarity, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution plans in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  .
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
• Provide input into effort estimation, resource requirements, development timelines, and project planning
  .
• Identify technical and project risks and make timely decisions to maintain delivery momentum.
• Drive execution across both business and technical teams while maintaining ownership of outcomes.
• Optimize solutions for efficiency, cost, quality, reliability, and performance
  .
