Our client, a technology organization focused on building reliable software, is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their team. As a SDET, you will be part of the Quality Assurance function supporting an Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical problem-solving, clear communication with cross-functional partners, and a hands-on mindset to help ensure quality across automated testing and cloud-based systems.

What's the Job?

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python to support functional, integration, and regression testing. Build and enhance automated test frameworks that enable continuous testing across application layers and environments. Execute and support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines to help teams ship with confidence. Test RESTful APIs and services, including validation of REST protocols and web socket communications. Identify, document, and track defects;

analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

Strong programming experience in Python. Hands-on experience with continuous testing and CI/CD practices. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, nUnit, xUnit, Type Script, and/or pytest. API testing experience with REST, GraphQL, and web sockets, including tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.What's in it for me?
