We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies. The role involves software development, testing, Dev Ops, database optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Implement testing frameworks including RSpec, Jest, and Test Cafe.
• Manage Dev Ops processes using Git, JIRA, Build Kite, and Sidekiq.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and optimization.
• Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Participate in user story creation and estimation.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and support project delivery.

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Experience with RSpec, Jest, and Test Cafe.
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and Build Kite.
• Experience working with AWS.
