The (USA) Staff, Software Engineer plays a critical role in delivering scalable platform capabilities and driving the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This position leads technical execution aligned with strategic roadmaps, applies cloud-native architecture principles, and integrates AI/ML solutions to enhance platform functionality. The role involves mentoring engineers, influencing architectural decisions, and collaborating across teams to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions.

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Develop AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and innovation.

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Type Script, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Skilled in Dev Ops engineering practices to enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity.
• Experience applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering processes and outcomes.
• Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions to uphold engineering excellence and quality standards.
