Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $65.00/hr
. Ability to earn up to $55 per class + hourly rate
.
- Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts.
- Help members set and achieve goals.
- Make sure members use correct form and offer corrections.
- Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart‑rate‑focused training programs, and stay aware of industry trends.
- Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment utilized in every workout.
- Be a team player.
- Holder of AED/CPR certification – required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
- Valid fitness certification from an education company approved by Orange theory Fitness, such as:
- National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA – Personal Training only)
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF)
- International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA – special provisions apply)
Variable Hour Employee – Part‑time & Full‑time hours available.
Hours per week: 20‑40, 25 or more preferred.
