Fitness Coach - East Seattle

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $65.00/hr
. Ability to earn up to $55 per class + hourly rate

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Make sure members use correct form and offer corrections.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart‑rate‑focused training programs, and stay aware of industry trends.
• Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment utilized in every workout.
• Be a team player.

• Holder of AED/CPR certification – required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Valid fitness certification from an education company approved by Orange theory Fitness, such as:
• National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
• American Council on Exercise (ACE)
• American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
• Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA – Personal Training only)
• National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
• National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF)
• International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA – special provisions apply)

Variable Hour Employee – Part‑time & Full‑time hours available.

Hours per week: 20‑40, 25 or more preferred.
