Job Title:Courier Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier Assistant to join our team in Washington, United States. As a Courier Assistant, you will assist with the delivery of packages and documents to various locations in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles
- Sort packages for delivery route optimization
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to designated locations
- Collect payments from clients when necessary
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments, and other relevant information
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a courier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
