What We’re Looking For- Experienced technicians who excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

- Competitive Hourly Pay:
Up to $60 per hour based on years of experience. - Performance Bonus:
Up to $10 per billable hour.

- A Level: 7‑10+ years of experience
- Up to $60 per hour
- B Level: 2‑7 years of experience
- Up to $45 per hour
- Tire Tech / C Level: 6 months‑2 years of experience
- Up to $32 per hour
