First Rate Remodeling Inc is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Apprentice to join our Field Operations team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn the remodeling trade from experienced professionals while contributing to high-quality exterior residential projects. • Assist experienced tradespeople on exterior remodeling projects including siding, windows, and doors
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Measure and prepare materials under supervision
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
• Participate in demolition, prep, installation tasks, and site clean up
• Learn construction best practices through active mentorship and field experience
• Follow all instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efficiency
• Show up on time, ready to work, and eager to grow daily

• 1–3 years of experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Strong work ethic and desire to build long‑term skills in remodeling
• Goal‑oriented, eager to learn, and detail‑focused
• Physically able to lift materials, use tools, and work outdoors in variable weather
• No formal education, license, or certification required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction

Full-Time

Monday–Friday

Onsite work required at residential project sites throughout the local service area

No overnight travel expected
