Assembly Technician

Contract-to-Hire | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Interview Same Week | Weekly Pay

We're looking for reliable, hands‑on Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Franklin. If you enjoy working with tools, building products, and staying active throughout the day, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and grow with a company that promotes from within.

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, maintenance, or other hands‑on fields is welcomed.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (6% Shift Differential Available)

• Assemble aluminum frames, components, and finished products using hand and power tools
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
• Perform mechanical and light electro‑mechanical assembly
• Inspect parts and completed products for quality and accuracy
• Use tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Make minor adjustments and troubleshoot assembly issues when needed
• Assist with subassemblies and final product builds
• Cross‑train in different assembly areas as production needs change

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints or assembly instructions is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellingham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
