Job Description Our client, an established accounting and tax practice, is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Professional to join their team with the potential to eventually take over the practice.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional who is looking for more than just their next position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, extensive tax experience, and the long-term interest and ability to transition into an ownership role.

Requirements include:
* CPA or Enrolled Agent designation strongly preferred
* Approximately 10 years of professional tax and accounting experience
* Extensive experience preparing and reviewing individual and corporate tax returns
* Experience with estate and trust taxation
* Experience working with nonprofit organizations
* Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
* Experience handling IRS tax issues, notices, and tax resolutions
* International tax experience strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of complex tax matters and tax planning
* Excellent client service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while managing a diverse client base
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in eventually taking on ownership of an established accounting practice
