Construction Project Manager

CAZ is hiring a Construction Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in residential construction to manage projects including on‑site coordination and supervision of crews, budgets, timelines, materials and change orders. The work includes kitchen and bath remodels, new construction, and renovations.

• Create a safe, professional work environment for team members, clients and the public.
• Interact with customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Manage projects including crews, budgets, timelines, materials and change orders.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Safely drive a company truck through narrow, hilly residential streets.
• Maintain accurate paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3-5 years of project management
• Valid, insurable driver’s license
• Strong record of jobsite safety, happy clients and great communication
• Safety certifications are a plus (competent person, OSHA 40, first aid, etc)

$28 to $38 per hour DOE. Four‑day work week. 5 weeks PTO. Employer‑paid health insurance. Employer‑matched retirement program.
