Midas is seeking a Customer Service Representative with knowledge of automobiles and parts to assist customers with complaints, questions, product and service information, reservations, orders, and returns.
The role requires answering phones, contacting vendors for parts, ordering parts online, and the ability to prepare estimates for customers.
Ideal candidates should remain calm under customer frustration, have experience with computers, and possess a solid understanding of vehicle parts and repairs. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive field is required, along with the ability to multi-task.
Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Applicants should be willing to work weekends and holidays, complete background checks, and pass a drug screen. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are required.
