This facility is seeking a Dermatology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8a-5p
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient
• Types of Cases:
  Biopsy, excisions, cryotherapy, injections, Electrodesiccation and Curettage (ED&C), light therapy, patch testing
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Active Washington License
