Requirements✅ Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Washington Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- Recent urology case logs demonstrating at least 100 surgical procedures within the last 24 months
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
