A leading outdoor guide organization in Bellingham, WA is seeking full-time seasonal and year-round guides. Candidates must have AMGA certifications and significant mountain experience. Responsibilities include leading climbs, training, and ensuring safety. The ideal candidate will be able to lead steep ice and traditional rock climbs and must hold Wilderness First Responder and CPR certifications. Training begins in May, and applications are accepted between November 1st and January 31st.
