Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $30.48/hr

As an associate banker you represent our brand and culture with hospitality, using cutting‑edge technology and customer service to help clients reach their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on how technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs can meet their banking needs anytime and anywhere.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
  • Ability to engage clients, communicate clearly, and anticipate their needs.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
  • Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team.
  • Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
  • Client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
