Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full time Physical Therapist. Capstone is a growing company and we continue to hire due to expansion and growth. We offer very competitive wages including incentive bonus pay plus a salary and a benefits package including generous continued education, APTA membership, paid time off, healthcare and retirement savings.

Our clinics offer specialty areas of practice including orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatric and pediatric rehab, women’s health, balance and vertigo, and work rehabilitation. Our clinicians are experts in therapy and many hold specialist certifications including OCS, GCS and CHT. We are an evidence based practice that emphasizes manual therapy and an exercise based approach to treatment.

Capstone Physical Therapy is a local Physical Therapist owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom County and Snohomish County with multiple locations. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Capstone is a leader in patient care and in 2015 received the Whatcom Business Alliance "Business of the Year" Award and has won "Best of the Northwest" for 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017.

• Graduation from accredited physical therapy degree program (DPT/MPT)
• Obtain license in Washington State
• Specialty certification preferred but not required

Compensation is dependent on experience, education level and board specialty.
