A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

Qualifications- Graduate degree from an accredited physician assistant program.
- Board‑certified/eligible physician assistant.
- Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
- Experienced clinicians are preferred, but we are open to new grads and will offer in‑depth training/onboarding.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- This role is a nocturnist schedule.
- Our hospital bylaws allow PAs to practice independently within the full scope of their licensure.
- Provide comprehensive medical care and post‑operative care.
- Admit patients and perform rounding as needed.> /li>
- Work alongside an MD and another APP.

- Compensation:
Base salary of $180K+. - Benefits:
