Care Partner/Caregiver | Highgate Senior Living – Bellingham, WA

Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

We are currently seeking 1 NOC shift team member and multiple part-time, per diem team members.

• Help residents live with purpose each day through whole‑person support.
• Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect.
• Observe and report changes; document per policy
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities

• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Clear communication; problem‑solving
• Adaptability; teamwork; willingness to learn
• Interest in dementia‑support techniques

• Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles
• Hospitality/healthcare/customer service

• At least 18 years of age
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
