• Must be HCA certified or Certified Nursing Assistant
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements.
• One-year experience in working with older adults preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime, as needed.
• Must have a genuine interest in the care of the elderly and for issues that impact the elderly.

The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $24.50. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.(all
