Advanced Medical Massage is an established treatment‑massage clinic helping patients recover from car accidents and work‑related injuries. We’re a warm, harmonious, and collaborative team that truly cares about adding value to people’s lives—both our patients and our staff. We’re looking for a kind, productive Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our healing team.

Hours
  • 30 hours per week
  • A mix of day and closing shifts, including Saturdays
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet, check in, and interact with patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Complete patient intakes and verify insurance coverage
  • Answer multiple busy phone lines and schedule patients electronically
  • Collect and post payments
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, busy office
  • Works well with a team and independently
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Able to follow digital instructional manuals accurately
  • Dependable and self‑accountable
  • Enjoys checking things off a to‑do list and staying organized
  • Thrives in a task‑driven, goal‑focused role
  • Compassionate and able to work with people who are in pain
  • Preferred:
    At least 1 year of experience in a medical, dental, or alternative healthcare office (or similar environment)

Job Type: Part‑time

Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
