Lead day‑to‑day nursing for assisted living and memory care—supporting dignity, choice, and quality of life.

Partner with residents, families, providers, nurses, caregivers, and med techs while guiding the clinical team.

• Oversee clinical operations, assessments, and care planning
• Respond to changes in condition and coordinate with providers
• Coach, schedule, and develop nursing and care teams
• Uphold documentation standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate on staffing, training, and quality

• Leadership and team development
• Clear, observation‑based communication and documentation
• Calm, decisive presence in emergencies
• Business awareness for labor and expenses
• EHR/eMAR proficiency; MS Office comfort

• Nursing leadership in senior living, LTC, or related settings
• Experience with pharmacies, physicians, and care partners
• Scheduling, training, and documentation responsibilities

• At least 21 years of age
• Current RN license; 2+ years’ experience (geriatrics a plus)
• Current negative TB test; CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check clearance
