A growing technology-driven organization is looking for a Director of Infrastructure to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of its global infrastructure environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution — someone who can modernize systems, improve scalability, strengthen security, and build the foundation needed to support continued growth.
You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive infrastructure strategy, optimize operations, and ensure the organization has the technology backbone needed to scale.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating strategically while remaining close to the technology. You will lead a lean technical team, establish scalable processes, strengthen the company’s security posture, and build the infrastructure required to support continued growth.

- Lead Azure infrastructure, infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, API platforms, AI infrastructure, and observability.
- Establish Fin Ops practices and optimize cloud, SaaS, and technology spend.
- Develop and maintain the company’s cybersecurity strategy, including SIEM, endpoint security, identity/access management, zero‑trust, and MDR partnerships.
- Lead security programs including security awareness, vendor risk, customer security assessments, and Dev Sec Ops .
- Own SOC 2, SOX ITGC, privacy, data protection, and AI governance programs.
- Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management, release governance, onboarding/offboarding, and IT operations.
- Partner closely with Engineering while maintaining clear ownership of infrastructure, security, access, governance, and operational processes.
- Lead and develop a team of four across Cloud & Platform, IT Operations, Security, and Database Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of technical team leadership experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, and modern cloud operations.
- Proven experience building or maturing cybersecurity programs, including SIEM, identity, endpoint security, and detection.
- Experience with SOC 2, SOX ITGC, or comparable compliance programs.
- Understanding of Fin Ops, SaaS management, and technology cost optimization.
- Strong operational, leadership, communication, and cross‑functional skills.
- B2B SaaS or technology company experience strongly preferred.
- AI governance experience using NIST or OWASP frameworks.
- API management and observability experience.
- MDR/MSSP management experience.
- Zero‑trust and remote workforce experience.
- Azure security/architecture expertise.
- CISSP, CISM, or Azure certifications.
