Job SummaryDispatch Operators are responsible for answering phone calls for Pacific Security, directing callers to the proper personnel, monitoring real-time clock‑in/out entries, site tours, addressing technical and operational issues, and maintaining high standards of quality control. This position plays a critical role in verifying site coverage, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and client expectations.
Essential Functions- Receiving and categorizing phone calls to Pacific Security through our Dispatch software and routing calls to appropriate personnel when required.
- Employees requesting assistance related to time clock or site duties, attendance information, administrative questions or other issues.
- Clients with requests related to their existing services.
- Individuals wishing to contract our security services.
- Job seekers wanting employment with Pacific Security.
- Non‑employees or clients with questions or complaints about our services.

- Monitor email notifications of missed clock‑ins/outs in real time.
- Process missed clock‑ins/outs and call offs, communicate details to Operations team, and update employee files accordingly.
- Troubleshoot technical app issues with guards.
- Celayix responsibilities
- Perform routine functions related to employee time‑clock management or attendance issues.
- Process missed clock‑ins/outs: if the guard verifies onsite, record the adjustment; if unverified, open a shift and notify Operations.
- Process call offs: open shift, update employee file, and inform Operations.
- Troubleshoot technical app issues with guards.
- Mobileo responsibilities
- Monitor email notifications from the system and contact guards when tours are not completed or buttons are not scanned.
- Communicate button or tour issues to Operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency alerts.
- Unlock employee accounts as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience working with timekeeping, scheduling, and operations systems.

Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to office equipment such as computers, copy, and fax machines. The employee is rarely exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the environment is usually moderate.
