Swing and Graveyard Shifts

• Adjusts and monitors machine operation for Drum Cookers and Mince Line, including belt speed, steam temperature, and color application.
• Completes required paperwork, reads recipes, and product outlines to ensure proper production processes.
• Shutdown, disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery to maintain optimal operation.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues such as air pockets, ingredient inconsistencies, and mechanical problems.
• Maintains visual monitoring of equipment and product quality, making minor adjustments as needed.

• No prior experience or training required, willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, recipes, and numerical data.
• Basic math skills including recognizing numbers, working with decimals, and using military time.
• Ability to work around machinery in a food manufacturing environment, following safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
