Pay: $18.00/HR
- Assemble and mix products according to production requirements
- Prepare cakes and baked goods for packaging
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Apply labels to finished packages
- Pack products into cases for shipment
- Assist with decorating tasks as needed
- Palletize completed products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous production, assembly, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
