• Work alongside machine operators to stack cut lumber onto pallets
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and demonstrate safe work practices
• Count and verify lumber to ensure accurate pallet stacking
• Learn quickly in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
