• Operate a forklift in a production environment.
• Hand stack lumber products and prepare materials for shipment.
• Use power tools safely and effectively.
• Move raw materials, finished products, and packaged goods to designated locations.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Lift and move materials weighing 10-60 lbs throughout the shift.

• Previous production, warehouse, or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a forklift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 60 lbs.
