  • Evaluate program effectiveness, make recommendations for improvement, and implement changes as approved to meet the goal of providing community ministerial care.
  • Foster engagement of program participants by creating a spiritually focused and service-centered experience with faith-centered programs based in Catholic Social Teaching and current models of youth and young adult ministry, adapting all offerings based on feedback.
  • Build relationships and work with youth, adult leaders, parishes, local organizations, community members, farmers, migrant workers and their children, staff, potential and current donors, and others.
  • Expand program outreach by visiting potential schools, parishes, and ministry events and building relationships with ministers, educators, and community partners.
