Compensation: $30.00–$33.00 per hour

Provide resident‑centered nursing care in assisted living and memory care.

Build long‑term relationships while promoting dignity, choice, and quality of life.

• Deliver routine nursing care and treatments per scope and policy
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly
• Support medication administration and documentation accuracy
• Engage families and providers to coordinate care
• Coach med techs/caregivers as assigned

• Reliable clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Professional, compassionate communication with elders
• EHR/eMAR familiarity and MS Office basics
• Calm under pressure; solutions‑focused teamwork
• Accountable follow‑through and documentation

• Senior living, long‑term care, or subacute settings
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Resident/family education and coaching

• At least 21 years of age
• Current LPN/LVN license; 2+ years’ experience
• Current negative TB test; CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check clearance
