We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

• Join our team of 25 physicians and seven advanced practice providers at Peace Health St. Joseph in Bellingham, Washington.

• NPs practice independently within the full scope of their licensure under hospital bylaws.
• Provide comprehensive medical care and post‑operative care.
• Admit patients and perform rounding as needed.
• Work alongside an MD and another APP.

• Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Board‑certified/eligible nurse practitioner.
• Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
• Experienced clinicians are preferred, but we are open to new grads and will offer in‑depth training/onboarding.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• This role is a nocturnist schedule.

• Compensation:
  Base salary of $180 K+.
