American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with geriatric experience and OASIS/HCHB proficiency for a Monday-Friday day shift assignment.
Requirements- Active WA state or compact RN license required, in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- Experience with wound care, medication administration, and pain assessment
- Skills in IV management, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, and phlebotomy required
- Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population
- Monday through Friday day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day with 6 visits daily
- Minimum productivity requirement of 30 points weekly
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- Required to visit the main office weekly or biweekly for team meetings and to pick up supplies and admission packets
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
- Must be flexible with assigned territory
- Perform admission assessments, start of care, recertifications, resumption of care, routine visits, and discharge visits
- Responsible for timely documentation and communication
- Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
- iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone not required
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
